Raíces works with Latine youth in grades 6–12 through in- and out-of-school programs emphasizing academic support, personal and cultural identity, health and wellness, and leadership development.

The Montessori Home Visiting Program provides home visiting services to low-income Latino families with children ages 0–3 and to expectant mothers in the urban area of Minneapolis, as well as in Mankato and surrounding communities. Our mission is to expand access to family home visiting programs for communities that are often underserved or difficult to reach.

The Be at School is designed to address barriers to school attendance for Hennepin County’s K-12 students and their families through early interventions which are collaborative and family-focused.
