Siembra Montessori is a licensed and nationally accredited dual language learning center for children ages 33 months through 6 years.
Children learn year-round in a culturally responsive Montessori environment that encourages them to explore the world, grow, and learn in both English and Spanish. We support Latine children’s academic and social development and inspire them to become independent, responsible, and engaged learners and community members.
We are very proud that 100% of Siembra children graduate ready for kindergarten.
Why Montessori?
Scientific research from the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector confirms that Montessori children have an advantage in academic, social, and emotional development. The Montessori method encourages children’s inherent love of learning by giving them opportunities to engage in spontaneous, meaningful activities under the guidance of a trained adult. Siembra Montessori is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and by Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
In March 2020, BBC StoryWorks* partnered with the Montessori Center of Minnesota to film two videos about Montessori education. Both videos highlight the Montessori Partners Serving All Children (MPSAC) initiative, of which Siembra Montessori is a partner school.
